About Client

Nexera is a new FTTH wholesale operator in Europe, rolling out its Next Generation Access fibre network to connect 1,000,000 households in mainly rural areas. Nexera is a joint venture between Nokia and Infracapital, a leading European infrastructure investor.

The Challenge

As a newcomer to the European telecoms market, Nexera had to build its business & operational processes from scratch.

Nexera was looking for a scalable solution that enables an automated quote-to-cash process, ensuring seamless communication with its customers, which include some of the biggest MNOs and ISPs in Europe.

The integration with the main provider of the fibre network, Nokia, was a critical step on Nexera’s journey to become a ‘full digital wholesale operator’.

One of Nexera’s other main requirements was a swift implementation to meet a tight go-live deadline.

The Solution

Enxoo delivered a fully integrated BSS/OSS system based on Salesforce Sales Cloud platform extended with the dedicated telecom solution Enxoo for Communications.

Enxoo for Communications with OSS layer provides Nexera with automated processes in the areas of customer and product management, request handling, offer preparation, order fulfillment, network management, billing, service assurance, and reporting.

All tools and capabilities were deployed with an API-first approach, supporting the integration with all of Nexera’s customers and Nokia Network Management systems.

Enxoo provided a comprehensive and scalable BSS/OSS solution that allows the integration with Nexera’s network infrastructure partner and its customers via APIs.

Nexera benefits from automated, zero-touch quoting, billing and service assurance processes, making it one of the most efficient FTTH wholesale operators in Europe.
