Salesforce Consultant – Business Analyst

What you’ll be doing:
- Collecting business requirements and decomposing them into backlog elements,
- Supporting our Salesforce products,
- Working on the implementation of the foundation product,
- Define user stories implementation design and acceptance criteria,
- Designing the functionality in accordance with the client’s needs and good UX practices,
- Modeling and optimizing business processes,
- Doing cost-benefit analysis for the solutions being implemented,
- Preparing project documentation,
- Assuring the realization is consistent with the system’s business architecture,
- Supporting acceptance testing,
- Occasional business trips to client.
What will you need?
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a consultant at an IT company,
- Experience in working with Salesforce: necessary knowledge of standard Salesforce configuration,
- Experience with Scrum-type teamwork will be a plus,
- A desire to develop your skills with Salesforce,
- Good command of English (B2),
- Fluency in Polish,
- Ability to design business software, taking into consideration process diagrams and data models,
- Familiarity with the techniques of collecting business requirements and decomposing them,
- Good grasp of UML and/or BPMN,
- Familiarity with the methodology of carrying out IT projects,
- Ability to prepare IT system documentation,
- Salesforce certificates will be a plus.
